How is pricing determined?

Pricing is dependent on the size of the home and number of occupants. Each consultation comes with an in-depth post report which outlines the best directions, areas and activations for each member of the household. It will include a complete to-do list!

The greater the number of occupants and the larger the home, the longer it takes to complete the report.

Prices range from $444 for apartments or homes under 1000sqf with 1 occupant.

$888 and upwards for homes under 2000sqf with up to 2 occupants.

$2222 for homes under 3000sqf with up to 5 occupants.

What do YOU need to provide?

At least 3 days prior to your consultation email Nicola at info@paradismaison.com with the following:

1.Floorplans/Blueprints

Nicola will require a to-scale floorplan/blueprints of your space with the North arrow marked, at least 3 days prior to your appointment. It is very critical to have at least a basic scaled floorplan! You may be able to find one from your real estate agent or Zillow if you can’t find it at home. You will need to email it to info@paradismaison.com (keep it under 15MB).

2.Birthdates of Occupants

Please provide your birthdate/s with the month written in letters so there is no confusion between day and month. Time of birth is not necessary.

3. Front Door Compass Reading

Using your smartphone, check the settings in your compass app to make sure that it is set to MAGNETIC NORTH. Stand inside your front door (the door which is the main/official one for your address even if you usually enter via a side door). Standing inside, facing outside hold the compass at heart level to the center of the door. Send Nicola this reading via email too. Any questions about this, please ask Nicola.

Scheduling a date

After submitting the quote form above, we will email you with a price and a link to the calendar schedule. To confirm your appointment, select and pay for your date as prompted.

We will then email you to ask for your floorplans, birthdate/s and front door compass reading.
