Shipping Information

Item shipping times are indicated in their product description.

Most Items are Made to Order JUST FOR YOU so take a little time, but it is worth the wait!

We believe you won’t find more beautiful or special decor anywhere else!

Generally:

Velveteen Pillows are shipped within 2 weeks

Blankets are shipped within 2 weeks

Towels, Kitchen Towels & Guest Towels are shipped within 2 weeks

International Shipping

Paradis Maison ships to almost all locations. Most items will arrive within 2-3 weeks (4 weeks at the absolute latest)

Returns & Exchanges

Most items on our website are Custom Made to Order JUST FOR YOU! As such we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. If you have any questions please get in touch prior to placing your order. We are a small family run boutique store offering high quality decor & accessories, we are not a chain store or an Amazon and due to the custom nature of our decor we would ask that you please choose carefully and measure up prior to ordering.

If you need to return an item, please email us first as we will send you a return shipping label. We will not refund items that have been sent back to HQ without prior approval, you will be charged shipping if you want them returned back to you. Email us at info@paradismaison.com to organize any returns.

Items in our 1 day dispatch section can be returned or exchanged, including change of mind, within 28 days of the customer receiving their item.

The cost of international shipping for any item will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or defective. Shipping on all items will be refunded if there is a fault or defect.

Clothing items are Custom Made to Order as well, please use the chart provided in each listing to measure yourself prior to placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizing if you do not measure up! To date we have never had a problem with inaccurate sizing- if you use the chart there will not be an issue.

Perfumes & room sprays are non-returnable, please order samples if you are unsure.

Please be careful when entering your address, Paradis Maison will not accept liability for packages lost due to the customer entering the wrong shipping address. To date we have never had a single item lost in transit within the USA.

Cancellations

Paradis Maison accepts cancellations within 2 hours of your order being placed. As most items are made to order and we want to get them to you quickly, we process them fast so you can get them as soon as possible. If you change your mind after this window- get in touch and if production has not started we can attempt to cancel it but it cannot be guaranteed.
